Stanislavski Studies is a peer reviewed journal published by Taylor & Francis/Routledge concerning Stanislavski’s work and legacy as an actor, teacher, writer, and director. Each edition contains articles, translated Russian essays, information regarding major research projects, book reviews, and profiles of research resources. The focus of the articles published in Stanislavski Studies is on the impact Stanislavski’s theories continue to have on contemporary theatre-making and analyses of the many innovations the system has undergone over the last century.
